Our unit is exclusively reserved for you during your entire stay. You have your own private entrance, which ensures your utmost privacy and convenience. You can easily come and go as you please without worrying about disturbing others or being disturbed. Our unit is designed to provide you with a comfortable and relaxing environment where you can unwind and enjoy your stay to the fullest.
The unit has two bedrooms with queen beds, and both come with their own private bathroom.
Pets are not allowed on the property during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This policy is to provide the best experience to all future guests that suffer from pet allergies.
Yes, there is ample parking available. You can park in the driveway or on the street. If you choose to park in the driveway, you will have plenty of space to park your car comfortably. Additionally, the street is wide and has ample parking spaces available throughout the day.
We are happy to offer our residents the convenience of their own private laundry room dedicated to their unit. This space is equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a wash basin. The laundry facilities are exclusively for the use of our tenants, so you can rest assured that you won't have to compete with anyone else for access.
While here, yes you can receive mail and shipping packages.
Cambrian Park is a family friendly neighborhood, with a safe environment and plenty of amenities for single adults, couples, and families with children. You will see walkers, runners and cyclists enjoying the outdoors in our neighborhood.
Tenants can have guests visit for a brief period. If a guest stays for more than a total of 7 days during your lease, we do charge extra. Please let us know ahead of time of any plans for guests.
San Jose is very much a car commuter city. While public transportation does exist, it is not as robust as other cities. We have a couple of bus lines within walking distance. There are also Caltrain stations in Santa Clara County. See below for more details.
We allow for a maximum of three tenants in the unit. All tenants need to pass background check and complete an application.

Application process:
- Complete your individual application along with the application of your co-tenants.
- Within 72 hrs. we will review your application and schedule a zoom interview.
- After the interview we will send a request for a background check and credit report.
- If the application and background check are approved, a lease agreement will be created for all parties to sign.
- Upon signature of the lease, the first month's rent plus the security deposit shall be due upon signing.
We accept all main forms of payment including Venmo.
