Rent (month-to-month leases)

$3,550 per month - Double occupancy $3,850 per month - Triple occupancy (maximum allowed)

Application process:

1. Complete your individual application along with the application of your co-tenants.
2. Within 72 hrs. we will review your application and schedule a zoom interview.
3. After the interview we will send a request for a background check and credit report.
4. If the application and background check are approved, a lease agreement will be created for all parties to sign.
5. Upon signature of the lease, the first month's rent plus the security deposit shall be due upon signing.
